1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting services from LVC Longview Concrete, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all quotes, estimates, contracts, and completed work. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are performed by licensed professionals using industry-standard practices. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe or if the requested work violates local building codes.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information you provide and our site inspection. If conditions change or additional work is required, we will notify you and provide an updated quote before proceeding. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services. You are responsible for payment even if your insurance or other third party fails to reimburse you.

5. Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. However, completion dates may be affected by weather, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any changes to the schedule as soon as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, removing any obstacles, and securing necessary permits if required. You must also ensure that children and pets are kept away from the work site for safety reasons. If you fail to meet these responsibilities, we may delay or cancel the project.

7. Changes and Modifications

If you request changes to the agreed scope of work after the project begins, we will provide a revised quote. Additional work will be billed separately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once work is underway, especially if it affects structural integrity or safety.

8. Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work and offer a limited warranty on workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or issues caused by ground settling or other environmental factors. Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs or replacement of defective work. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling losses. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
